The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.

These services enable us to measure application traffic, session lengths, and user behavior to refine app features and optimize UI layouts.
Provides aggregated reporting on active users, geographic regions, launches, and basic device metrics.
Analyzes installation sources and aggregate events within our social-connected services.
Authentication & Payments
Secures user accounts and processes in-app subscriptions and transactions safely.
Allows safe registration and single sign-on without sharing your account password.
Handles secure premium billing and ad-removal subscriptions directly through mobile stores.

Legal Basis and Retention Details

Delete Account
If you want to delete your account, please navigate to the 'More' tab in the app, click your profile picture, and select 'Sign out and delete account'. This will permanently delete all data stored of your activity. Please uninstall the app after doing this to make sure no cached data is retained.
Push Notifications Based on Location
FotLive may use your geographic location to send relevant, localized push notifications. Users can easily opt out of location tracking or notifications entirely through their device system settings.
Standard Push Notifications
FotLive may send push notifications to update you on match events, news highlights, or application updates. You can manage or disable these alerts at any time via the notification settings on your mobile device.

Legal Action
The User's Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Owner in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of FotLive or the related Services. The User declares to be aware that the Owner may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.

For operation and maintenance purposes, FotLive and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with FotLive (System logs) or use other Personal Data (such as the IP Address) for this purpose.

The individual using FotLive who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.
